- “Jade rabbit” is a literal translation of 玉兎, which means “moon rabbits”, but here I translated it literally just to distinguish it from 月の兎 / つきのうさぎ.
Also 群体 (“group”) might be a word play on 軍隊 (“army”). The two words have the same pronunciation (“guntai”) and Moon Rabbits are the army of the Moon.
